Landon 8/10 "Donkey Kong Country Returns" is a very cool game, and maybe the best in the series. It has very addicting game play, awesome mine cart levels, and couple of cool new ideas for the series. However, it doesn't stray too far from the original "Donkey Kong Country," and it is a super hard game. But this is a super fun Wii game that I believe you should all own yourselves.

Not knowing what to expect from Retro Studios pulling off from the Metroid series, I was a bit nervous seeing what this new Donkey Kong game was going to be like. Luckily I wasn't disappointed. "Donkey Kong Country Returns" has anything you could ever want in a platforming game. It has challenging but addictive gameplay, fabulous level designs, and a cooperative mode that doesn't have a big impact on this game, but is fun nonetheless. Not platforming at it's best, but definentely one of the best for the Wii.
